Mercer's employee discount program used to be really good but has become less and less over the years. Now, although it is better than nothing, there is room for improvement.

There are some discounts I have been able to take advantage of. My cell phone plan has a slight subsidized discount, and I have been able to get a good deal on a rental car from Hertz thanks to my employer.
