Never had any issue with Mercer's Health Insurance. Was able to find an in-network doctor easily in my area. Also they covered my chiropractor expenses.

This is my biggest reason for dissatisfaction. The fact that they forced us into a High Deductible Plan this year. As I mentioned in my previous comment, I was forced to cancel a doctor visit and also advised my spouse to delay purchases of medication to allow to for there to be sufficient funds in our HSA.

They have been forcing employees out of the HMO plan by increasing premiums 20% for 9 straight years.

Given Mercer's business specialization, which is providing Employer Health and Benefit solutions, you would anticipate an overtly competitive and affordable Health Insurance options, but that isn't the case. At least in my own personal opinion. I think Mercer has a great opportunity to improve in this arena; although, one may claim that they make up for it through competitive base salary incentive. Remember, "your employees are your greatest assets."
