Offer several different plans including PPO and HSA options.

Carrier changes year to year. No Kaiser option.

Cost is very high for traditional plans. They do offer an affordable High deductible plan with HSA and contribute $1000 (family) to the HSA account. BCBS negotiated rates (co-pay/coinsurance) are higher than comparable plans I have had at other employers.

Very very good very very nice

They currently have signa insurance which is terrible for this area. To make matter worse they dropped one of the best insurances you could have in this area in order to switch to it

HSA option is good it it stays the way it is.
