About the Normal 401k plan in St. Louis. Nothing Spectacular about it.

The 401(k) match is 2.5% if you put in 6%. Match is applied once per year in February for the prior year contributions. There is a service contribution once per year as well. You are only matched if you are still employed with the company on Dec 15. Fund quality is not near as good as funds that I had in previous companies that used Fideltiy.

Solid line up of investment options. The match is okay, but outstanding.

You are only vested after 3 years of employment. The matching percentage is not very high.

It's okay, seems to change frequently.

They would come to you during orientation and help with all the paperwork, also you would get all the updates and information during mail regularly.
