No sick days, must use PTO bank

These accumulate along with PTO days

PTO and sick time are all the same

This is all part of your PTO package.

Sick days come out of your paid time off you or your child get sick and you can eat through it quickly. I was told to find someone to watch my sick daughter. Idk very many daycares that watch sick kids and I'm a single mother with no realitives to help me
