Expensive; not competitive; such a hassle at the annual enrollment, and employees have to complete a health assessment/blood work. If you don't do it, then your premiums will be higher. So, you have to take time off to get blood work so you can have lower premiums. They do bring someone onsite to do the bloodwork, but if you miss it, you have to go to your own doctor to get it done.
