MetLife offers two different types of FSAs:

  1. Health Care FSA allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars for eligible health care expenses for you and your eligible dependents that won't be reimbursed elsewhere, like deductibles, co-payments, and coinsurance amounts.
  2. Dependent Day Care FSA allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars for eligible dependent care expenses like childcare and elder care services while you work, and your spouse works, is actively seeking employment, or attends school full-time.
