They do offer retiree medical (depending on tenure) but it is very expensive. You are better to find coverage in the marketplace. Even COBRA was cheaper. They used to offer a cost sharing program for retirees but they have eliminated that benefit. I always thought this would be a great benefit when I retired but times have changed. I was very disappointed.
