Best thing is the quality (?) Worst thing is the lack of mental health care providers but this has nothing to do with insurance and there's a shortage of everything on Earth right now

Metrohealth offers excellent benefits for its employees.

Everything is covered and with little to no cost to employees outside of a low premium and minimal copays (most preventative visits are $0 copays). The insurance only has these amazing cost savings when used at MetroHealth though, except for emergency situations of course or if Metro doesn't provide the care you're seeking (like Chiropractic care).
