Co-pays increase nearly every year. Even though I have dental insurance, a root canal means at least $1500 in dental bills coming out of my pocket. Insurer will not pay anything for certain categories of prescription medication and mails out notices of changes in prescription coverage in envelopes where one can all but see what medication you are on without opening the envelope.
