For a retail job, as long as your legitimately sick its not a issue

No pay for sick days. You just lose the hours you get. They don't seem to dismiss you from sick days but might if you take too many.

you get 2 weeks covid pay but if you don't have covid you get sick you wont get payed

Using them can get you fired if you miss a day here or there.

It was rather useful. About 8 days a year before you would be terminated.

you can request absence days

After enough time as a new employee, associates receive 40 hours of sick days paid each year if full time. (Micro Center calls these absent days, as they do not require the associate to necessarily be sick to use them, personal days.)

i can always use my collected sick/vacation time when i get sick.
