It's great, they even give and hra fund. If you're healthy then you should be good but if you have a family good to be mindful of.

Health insurance was better before the ACA and its tax on "Cadillac plans" (Microsoft's was definitely one). There is a lot more paperwork now, but coverage levels are good.
