A good program with good coverage. Not as strong as it was in past years, but way better than is typically affordable on your own.

Has deductible, but still ok.

Very good benefit, it is great to have the flexibility of using the HSA.

Microsoft makes a generous contribution to the HSA.

Microsoft health insurance plan is one of the best in the industry, without question. It's AMAZING! It was better before the laws changed requiring companies to be penalized for great plans, but it is still 'Gold Standard' coverage.

Everything is free! Nothing like it at other companies haha.

Not enough coverage for part-time employees vs. full-time

Great health care plan. HSA was great if you don't have a lot of health cost. You have a lot of options!
