Benefits is average and very fair

Good benefit to have as it is very affordable

its something but its expensive and does not really cover much

We don't pay that much out of our paycheck (pro) but that is made up for by how much we pay out-of-pocket for any healthcare (CON). Spouse works for a company of 12 people and for the same tests (we're both older and having tests that older people get) I pay about 3X what she pays. One would think that with the size of our company, we could get better coverage.

Benefit is not so good.

Good, competitive health benefits, and senior management has been very good about mitigating the effects of recent changes to the health-care environment and keeping rate increases to a minimum.
