Allows WFH for employees in remote areas where offices aren't close

1 day in office only, flexible remote rules.

They are starting to remove work from home for people who are close enough to the office

Just implemented 1 day in the office if you are within 25 miles of an office. No office in Seattle at this point though.

There is no plan to RTO

As team members and clients spread across the globe, we can work from home, however, one may have to work non-standard hours

Lots of flexibility but depends on team

I love WFH. I've done it for so long, I don't know how I would survive in an office. I'm an introvert. I get WAY more done (and higher quality) when I'm working independently without distractions or spending time commuting. That said, the company is starting to discuss 'in-office' presence again, so we'll see.
