The company is self-insured, and Cigna is the administrator. Expect to be challenged on legitimate claims! Company used to advocate for it's employees, but seems resigned to doing whatever Cigna determines in order to keep premiums low.
Company HSA/HRA contributions are less than competitors offer, but premiums are reasonable.
