It isn't really a "sabbatical" in the traditional sense. You need to save up your own PTO, which is forfeited if you quit...anything in you Sabbatical bank won't be paid to you on quitting. And you can only take a max of 5 weeks. What you don't have PTO to cover is unpaid time.
