Cheaper plan (RTW) $1500 deductible, 5000 out of pocket.

Love the copay. Dental insurance could be better

Don't get truly sick or you pay out of pocket as if you never had insurance.

The insurance is limited to NCH health care provideers and the deductible is so large that , at our low salaries, we cannot afford to see our own doctors.

my experience is that if you work there, unfortunatley you cannot afford to get sick because you salary will be unable to cover the very large deductible.

Terrible health care benefits. Their Road to Health Plan, which is their best plan is a $1,500.00 initial out-of -ocket deductible. The plan then pays at 80/20 until you reach a maximum $5,000.00 out-of-pocket and then finally pays at 100%.

Only covered well or accidental care.

Everything they give has a catch and in the end its not worth it amount of money or effort.

The benefits are inexpensive and great for a family.
