Employee Stock Purchase Plan

We believe employees should be able to invest in their company. All our full-time employees are eligible to participate in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan under which they can save their own funds to purchase stock of NETGEAR Inc. at a 15% discount to market. We offer the ability to purchase at a discount two times per year and we also include a six-month lookback clause that ensures you purchase at the lowest price and get the most stocks.
