Vacation & Paid Time Off

Unlimited, as much time off as you want but no one ever takes vacation. Not a great policy.

Vacation & Paid Time Off are ok.

Unlimited paid time off as long as you cover your work.

Why make people work when they are on vacation? HR told the group in a meeting to read a business related magazine, check email, call in for voicemails, etc. while away on vacation. Then give a brief report to your incompetent stupidvisor on what you did while out of the office. Really?

15d annually for 1-5 yrs of employeement, 20d after 5 years

It allows the employees to work from home

They need to add sick days
