Zero cost health insurance and includes family. PPP allows to chose any health care provider. PPP network is great.

There health insurance is excellent, and they pay 100% of the premiums. You will still have to pay for things like labs and prescriptions. But it is a great plan.

While the company pays 100% of the premium, no choices exist for plan, no buy-up available for employees with additional needs or unique cases. If you don't fit the 80% median, you just deal with it.
