- Short-Term Disability - Benefits start after 14 calendar days of disability and are paid weekly. The disability benefit is 66 & 2/3% of base pay to a maximum of $8,150 per week.
- Long-Term Disability - Benefits start after 180 days of disability and are paid monthly. The disability benefit is 50% of base pay to a maximum of $4000 per month.
- Additional policies are available to be paid by the employee.
