It's still okay. It got considerably more expensive after Obamacare and it now covers less than Cigna did.

Health Insurance is becoming more expensive and the out-of-pocket costs are greater.

Good options to pick from. It seems as if NOV is looking for the best possible options for their employees. I had the opportunity to go thru two different insurance providers and the change was for the better, with more options and better affordability.

It's good enough but has become more expensive for less coverage.

Until this year, it was, as far as I know, the best insurance available. 0 deductible, $25 per visit co-pay. Wife had a c-section and a week stay in the hospital. It cost us $25, and that was the co-pay on the pediatrician visiting the baby. 212 per pay period for me, wife, and as many children as I wanted to have.
This year we were given 4 options 250, 500, or 1000 deductible, and a 1500 deductible hsa. The 500 cost about as much as the previous years insurance. Once the deductible was met, they covered 80%. Kind of crappy after having the previous insurance...

The insurance I have at NOV has paid off very well for me. I don't have any problem with the way it is structured.

The health benefit at National Oilwell Varco was great. There's price ranges for each person depending how much you would like to spend. If not you don't even have to get it.

Very good health benefits with a few options to choose from.
