Not very good, this is used instead of giving you an annual raise for the year. It's based on your review. Which most people get the same review so it's not a very big bonus.

They say it's all based on the work you do but no it's all manager's choice.
I had discussion with my manager about this but still nothing.... but 'some' others easily got more than what it's usual
