The best thing about the health insurance is that all of the local doctors that we have used have been in-network. The worst thing is the high deductible. But, that is normal these days, and they do have on of the lower high-deductibles that I've seen.

The NXP Health Insurance plan is above average for the industry. They have good coverage for medical, dental, etc. NXP attempt to keep the premiums reasonable for the employee.
