Aetna plan is a really good one

2 Health Insurance options through Aetna, one high deductible with low(er) premiums and co-insurance galore even after the deductible, one low deductible with high premiums. NVI does contribute $1000/yr into an HSA for the high premium plan. You can get a discount on premiums by being a non-smoker and participating in a rewards-points-based wellness program. Premiums aren't bad for individuals, but can get very expensive for spouse or family plans. Dental is through Delta Dental and is very good, even covering 80% of crowns, though there is a $1250 yearly benefit limit. No vision insurance offered. Free exams through NVI's brands and coupons for free/discounted glasses each year.
