Retirement Plan

Any company that still offers a pension plan is alright in my book! They automatically put money into an annuity with a living benefit. Even though I am no longer with the company, I know that when I retire, I'll have something coming in from Nationwide.

The retirement planning was hard to follow and mostly confusing. It was not explained well.

Pension and 401k option are competitive in the industry.

I was able to start working while the company offered a pension plan. 401K plan is matched up to 6%.
