Tuition assistance was great and got me and many of my peers through our undergrad and/or masters programs.

It's the std 5k per year but the reimbursement particulars are a hassle

They provide set amount per year for your undergraduate degree. If you want to get a graduate degree, they provide that assistance, but you have to show how each class relates to you current job. You are also allowed to use your tuition reimbursement for off-site training courses if they are directly related to your job.
