Worse every year. Premiums go up a LOT! Plan coverage gets narrower every year. Deductible ridiculously high, max out of pocket is more than a lot of low paid employees make in a year. Company has reduced hrs/wk for a lot of employees so they do not have to even offer basic health benefits. Doctor list full of unpronounceable names. Prescription plan ridiculous. I get cheaper prices for blood pressure Medicine with good Rx card. Dental coverage is almost nil.
