If in office this is great

Not many social events at my location - usually at end of quarter - more at the main sites

The company has several social events during the year and employees are encourage to attend with their families.

Wish these events weren't centered around drinking so much

For a company of this size, more is expected and could boost morale. They should have a corp Holiday Party

If you ever get rid of Beer Bash in RTP, I swear to God the rest of us will quit. Other than free beer and food, it is really a great social opportunity for us to meet some new folks and catch up with the ones we don't get to see very often. Even folks that come out from California often stay just to get this experience.

NetApp provides many opportunities to network within the company through various social events. Weekly "Beer Bash" as well as annual employee appreciation week to mention a few.
