Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Same as any company within Silicone Valley

Typical FSA. They just changed FSA plan managers, so I am rating on our last FSA plan manager.

This is something that is offered by NetApp

My spending is unpredictable, but if you know you have something coming up, They give you a debit card now and everything, so it's pretty good. I think this is normal for anyone offering it these days, but it still works well.
