Company match is 35%. It's only disbursed if still employed at the beginning of the year following employee's contributions.

Company matches up to $6K per employee per year, but this is in a lump sum for employees on the payroll as of 12/31 (payable in January). If not an employee then, it is forfeited. Would be better paid in each check. Vesting schedule applies (3 years, I think). Plan also allows after-tax contributions. Managed through Fidelity.
