Flexible Time Off which is proven to benefit the company but not the employee. EEs take less time because it's "always there" and management doesn't encourage them to take it. And the company doesn't have to pay out any unused time when the employee leaves.

Work load so high, can't always use PTO.

Flexible time-off allows for us to take off when needed within reason without worrying about limits, rollover, etc.

Sales has a Flex time off policy which sounds nice but only if youre actually allowed to take off and enjoy time away from work.
