WFH is great. Zero attempt to build team culture. The "in crowd" of folks that work in the office are clearly elevated over the schlubs that work from home. Decent tech.

The company is virtual which is nice, as the office environment / setup is pretty bad (no phones, no monitors to use, open cubes, spotty wireless / internet). Many cubes don't even have basic items like a garbage can, it's like they completely stopped caring about the office setup.
