Work From Home

At Network to Code we fully embrace the idea that “work is a thing we do, not a place we go”. Working from home allows better work/life balance, zero commute hours, or location independence. Depending on your position and on occasion, there may be times you are required to be in a specific place, whether that place is a client location or a Network to Code office. 

When working from a home office, we encourage everyone to strive to abide by these 3 principles:

Get your work done

Regardless of where people work: tasks, timelines, goals, deliverables, etc. Each of us is evaluated by what we do and contribute.

Be available

We expect each person to let others know when they won't be available and why (as appropriate, i.e. personal, sick, meetings. It is each person's responsibility to stay connected and be present. 

Over communicate

Network to Code expects everyone at the company to stay highly engaged by actively suggesting new ideas, creating your own challenges, and sharing them.
