Flex First Work Model

Our Future of Work strategy centers on our Flex First model, which enables employees to thrive in a flexible work environment, so our business also thrives. Our Flex First philosophy reflects our dedication to our customers, employees and core values, as well as our belief that as we keep growing, our productivity and performance will continue to be measured by outcomes. 

Subject to business needs, employees have the flexibility to choose their worksite (home office, New Relic office, or hybrid). Candidates in the US must work in the State where they were hired. International candidates must work in the Country where they were hired. After hire and with approval, employees may transfer to another location where New Relic is authorized to do business.
