All employees 21 years of age or older are eligible to participate in our 401(k)-retirement savings program. Eligibility begins on the 1st of the month after your date of hire. NTS will contribute a 4% match of your compensation to your 401(k) account. You are eligible and encouraged to contribute up to 100% of your eligible pay up to the IRS limit. You are always 100% vested in your 401(k).
