SHORT-TERM: All full-time (30+ hours) employees are enrolled in the company-paid, non-contributory short-term disability plan on or after the 1st of the month following the date of hire. NTS covers 100% of the employee premium and this benefit pays 60% of your Pre-Disability Earnings, not to exceed a weekly amount of $2,308 payable up to 25 weeks in the event of a short-term disability.
LONG-TERM: All full-time (30+ hours) employees are enrolled in the company-paid, non-contributory long-term disability plan on or after the 1st of the month following the date of hire. NTS covers 100% of the employee premium and this benefit pays 60% of your Pre-Disability Earnings, not to exceed a monthly amount of $25,000 payable up to your Social Security Normal Retirement Age (currently age 67) in the event of a partial or full long-term disability.
