All full-time (30+ hours) employees are eligible to participate in our health insurance program offered through Trinet. Eligibility/coverage begins on or after the 1st of the month after your date of hire. For the 2022-2023 plan year, NTS will pay up to $615.00 (Florida-based employees) and up to $675.00 (National employees) of your monthly individual premium based on your geographical location. You have the option to elect to cover your family by paying an additional premium via payroll deduction.
