Dental Insurance

Their PPO is okay, although the providers are sorely limited to Great Expressions Dental, which is just an OK dental office. The monthly cost is absurdly low, like a couple of dollars or less. On my first trip to GED, they decided I needed a "deep cleaning" due to some minor gum recession in parts of my craw, and ran it through insurance. I ended up having to pay ~$200 out of pocket. That said, it had been at least a year since I'd seen a dentist, so maybe that was deserved... regardless, it was not very convenient. They warned a "deep cleaning" would take two trips to the office, but they did it all in about 30-45 minutes, so I have doubts as to whether it was truly warranted.
