Nextech contributes to this plan for eligible employees. Subject
to IRS compensation limitations. Nextech will make non-discretionary matching contributions in an amount equal to 50% of your Deferral Contributions subject to a maximum of 6% of your eligible compensation contributed to the Plan. Employees are 100% vested in the plan after 3 years of service
