Standard High deductible plans, but when paired with and HSA account it's pretty good. Also have a co-pay option as the highest level, but I have not used it.

Good insurance overall, very competitive compared with other companies, and allows you to insure your family also (although it will cost a lot more out of pocket).

We have an HSA, which they contribute a bit to. It rolls over each year. It is high deductible though. There is also a more traditional plan for older employees that is not high deductible. With that one, you can get an FSA, which they also contribute to.

Best thing is the company contribution to your FSA if you participate in the plan and contribute a specific amount.
