They provide sick days to a reasonable level

Nokia supports Sick Days normally

I had a major surgery while employed at Nokia that took a couple of months to really get back on my feet and they were very accommodating while I recuperated and worked from home. Negative: Like vacation, you can't carry over any unused days.
