Pays less than 75% of cost after deductible. Very few doctors take these plans.

I have only used the health care twice. Once for a checkup that was supposed to be free, but ended up costing me $200+. The second was my vasectomy, which I found was not covered (tubal ligation is). In network it cost me $1500, I went somewhere out-of-network and paid up front for nearly half the price.
The Vitality site is poorly designed and the point system used is easily hacked.
