Job Training

They generally get someone who was from their training to basically train new people. The new people generally won't know unless someone tells them because that person was from an earlier batch. The training is something you could do on your own at home once you know what to look for online. You commit 8 hours a day, everyday from 8am or 9am to 5pm or 6:30pm. You start out learning the general drag and drop system of the ios interface builder, implement a tableview, iboutlets and ibactions, etc. After they show you the basics you go from there and they have their own code to walk you through. Upon your 3rd month of training you have to develop a full app to be uploaded to the store by the end of that month. They stress that the app you make must be marketable and profitable. At the end each of you go over your apps with each other stepping you through development as a training exercise and then your projects are put on your resume for them to market. And if they can't market your resume with your app, they change your resume and add stuff that you didn't necessarily directly do but that you can skim by with because you were involved and know how it was done. Legitimate interview calls don't happen until over a month has passed after you've finished training, although back when you started they promised you'd get interviews during the 3 weeks after training which is supposed to be for a bonus. If you do get a call during those 3 weeks, it will be senior level far above what they train you, just to screw you out of a chance to get the bonus. Once that bonus is no longer anywhere on the table, you'll start getting reasonable interviews.
