Building your family through adoption is a beautiful journey, and OU Health is here to support you. The Adoption Assistance plan reimburses eligible employees up to $3,500 for qualified expenses incurred within the plan year. If the adopted child is classified as “special needs” (as defined by the employee’s state of residence), you may receive up to $4,500. The annual maximum benefit is $7,000.
