The health insurance plan at OTSI is typical of what you should expect to find in a small employer. Health insurance is expensive and the cost to the employee tends to be higher with small firms. OTSI pays a fair percentage of the total cost of the health insurance plan.

The health insurance is terribly expensive, but they act like they are doing you a favor by offering it. At the time I purchased private insurance and it was cheaper than going through OTSI.

First, I was not informed that health insurance was offered. After being there one year, I received information about it. It was astronomically expensive for someone with dependents so I did not take it.
