Retirement Plan

I receive a pension but have been grandfathered in so not an option for all.

Other benefits are relatively great!

Good retirement planing and pay.

403B plan with Company contribution

This is the worst part of the benefit package.

they only match up to few percent.

The per-payroll match is okay, especially combined with the additional annual contribution, but the vesting period is absolutely insane. 3 year, all-or-nothing schedule. Stay with OhioHealth for a day less than 3 years and you’re 0% vested in the contributions. The incentive component is fine, but it should be a step approach, not a total cliff. Very, very unfair.

its okay but they didnt focus much info on there more so people were involved in other policies

The 403B could use some enhancing. The match program is not very much.
