They are "Self-Insured" -- so, they have access to your medical information. Not to mention, due to HR issues, it's hard to get matters resolved, due to the fact that everything has to be handled by someone in "East Alton" and the vast majority of the time, those people are rude and uncaring (keep in mind, many of their friends and family members lost their jobs, when Winchester decided to Un-Unionize and move their operations to Oxford, MS).
