Has a young professionals annual 8 month long intensive program with beginning and ending in person 2 day conferences at company HQ with soft and hard skills (including cross training) training through a mentorship. Offers occasional all inclusive company training on certain consistently used software. Now starting a new mentor match program for anyone in company. Offers cross training with other teams when work schedules permits and ability to transfer to other teams if the fit is better.
